Walter is a executive meeting room located on the second floor of Zapp building, accommodating up to 14 people. The room is equipped with a 75″ LCD screen, video conferencing equipment, free Wi-Fi, a whiteboard with markers, and a small kitchenette. If needed, we provide the option to rent additional equipment and take care of coffee breaks.
The price includes the use of the room and its facilities, as well as free parking for up to 10 cars in the zone EP90 outdoor parking lots (areas B, D, and K on the parking map) and the zone EP335 parking houses (areas A, F, H, and L on the parking map). The registration numbers of the cars to be parked must be entered immediately when making the reservation or no later than 1 working day before the event via the “My Bookings” menu.
