Ernst is an exclusive VIP meeting room located on the 2nd floor of Öpik building. It accommodates up to 12 people around the table. The room features a 75″ touchscreen LCD display, Logitech video conferencing system, and free Wi-Fi. If needed, we offer the option to rent various equipment and provide coffee breaks.
The price includes the use of the room and its facilities, as well as free parking for up to 10 cars in the zone EP90 outdoor parking lots (areas B, D, and K on the parking map) and the zone EP335 parking houses (areas A, F, H, and L on the parking map). The registration numbers of the cars to be parked must be entered immediately when making the reservation or no later than 1 working day before the event via the “My Bookings” menu.
