Andromeda is a bright seminar room located on the second floor of Öpik building, designed for up to 46 people. The room is equipped with a projector and 2 LCD screens (for displaying promotional information, daily schedule etc.), speakers, and free Wi-Fi. If needed, we provide the option to rent video conferencing equipment and other amenities, and we take care of coffee breaks.
The price includes the use of the room and its facilities, as well as free parking for up to 10 cars in the zone EP90 outdoor parking lots (areas B, D, and K on the parking map) and the zone EP335 parking houses (areas A, F, H, and L on the parking map). The registration numbers of the cars to be parked must be entered immediately when making the reservation or no later than 1 working day before the event via the “My Bookings” menu.
